Riam Chazbeck is a strategy and transformation expert with a multidisciplinary background that spans engineering, management consulting, and organizational development. With a foundation in Mechatronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, she blends technical depth with strategic vision—enabling her to lead complex initiatives across diverse sectors.

Riam’s professional experience includes key roles with World Food Program - UN and global consulting firms such as KPMG Lower Gulf and EY in Beirut, Qatar, and Dubai. Her work has supported high-impact projects in Lebanon and the Gulf region, including engagements with the PMO Department at Dubai Municipality, the establishment of the Value Management Office for Economic Cities and Zones Authority in Riyadh, and advisory support across several governmental and semi-governmental entities.

Most recently, Riam established the strategy and transformation department for Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI). And currently structuring the Upskilling and Innovation function, and supported long-term capability-building within the chamber—bridging strategy execution and partnerships with human capital development.

Riam holds the PMP, PMO-CP, and Green Project Management credentials. Her dedication to continuous learning also led her to complete a specialized program in Fashion and Luxury Brand Management, reflecting her passion for diverse industries and innovative thinking.

Riam is serving as the President of the PMI Lebanon Chapter since 2023, where she drives strategic growth, regional collaboration, and community impact. 

With a unique combination of engineering expertise, consulting experience, and strategic leadership, Riam brings a compelling perspective to the evolving landscape of transformation, innovation, and project management.
