Maria Geagea, PMP®, serves as the Vice President of Volunteers at PMI Lebanon Chapter, where she leads volunteer engagement initiatives and supports the development of effective volunteer management practices. Professionally, she is a Project Manager at International Alert Lebanon, leading programmes focused on peacebuilding, conflict sensitivity, women’s leadership, and humanitarian action. Maria holds a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification and a Master’s degree in Democracy and Human Rights from Saint Joseph University in partnership with the Danish Institute for Human Rights and the University of Jordan. She is passionate about empowering volunteers, fostering collaboration, and creating sustainable impact through effective project management and leadership.
